This policy explains what information Padel Next Level ("we", "us") collects when you visit this site or buy from us, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you make a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your email address, name, and payment details directly — we never see or store your card number. We receive your email address and name from Stripe after a successful payment, solely to deliver your order and provide support if you contact us.

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you submit, so we can reply to you.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

• To deliver the digital product(s) you purchased, by email.
• To respond to support or contact requests.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations (e.g. transaction records).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Who we share data with

Two processors handle data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend — sends the order-confirmation and delivery email. See Resend's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights
